Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for high-profile clients in the finance and technology sectors.
- Develop robust strategic frameworks to address complex organizational challenges and identify growth opportunities.
- Facilitate executive-level workshops to align stakeholder vision and drive organizational change.
- Oversee the financial modeling, market research, and data synthesis required for strategic decision-making.
- Mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables and foster professional growth within the team.
- Synthesize analytical insights into actionable business roadmaps and compelling board-level presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting with a reputable firm or internal strategy group.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in financial modeling, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and business case development.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of organizational transformation methodologies and change management principles.
