Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, from initial diagnostics to final implementation.
- Develop data-driven strategic roadmaps for large-scale corporate transformations.
- Facilitate high-level stakeholder workshops to align leadership on business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
- Synthesize complex data into executive-level presentations and actionable insights.
- Mentor junior consultants and oversee cross-functional project workstreams.
- Foster long-term relationships with key client executives to drive account expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; MBA from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or operational transformation.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with mastery in Excel, SQL, or BI visualization tools.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and working within high-stakes environments.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences.
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities and the ability to operate under ambiguous conditions.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is considered a strong asset.
