Responsibilities

- Conduct deep-dive quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify performance gaps and growth levers.
- Design and implement actionable strategic frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Facilitate high-stakes workshops and stakeholder meetings with executive leadership teams.
- Mentor junior consultants and manage project workstreams to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Synthesize complex data sets into compelling narratives that drive data-backed decision-making.
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to provide forward-thinking industry insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA from a top-tier institution preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or operational transformation.
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including expert-level deck creation.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and cross-functional team leadership.
