Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier university required.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting at a top-tier firm (MBB, Big 4, or boutique strategy shop).
- Proven track record of managing multi-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with a focus on quantitative data.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, PowerPoint, and executive storytelling tools.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as required by client engagements.
