Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on strategy, operations, or change management.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools.
- Strong narrative-building and presentation skills for executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes consulting landscape.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma certification is a distinct advantage.
