Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management consulting engagements from discovery to implementation.
- Perform deep-dive quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Develop robust business models and strategic roadmaps to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate executive workshops and translate complex insights into actionable board-level presentations.
- Manage diverse stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership.
- Drive internal practice development by creating thought leadership content and internal training modules.
- Oversee project workstreams to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- 5+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB, Big 4, or boutique strategy firm).
- Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale organizational transformations.
- Expertise in financial modeling, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and market research methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
