Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management consulting engagements from hypothesis generation to final implementation.
- Perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate high-level workshops and strategy sessions with executive stakeholders.
- Develop robust financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Coach and mentor junior consultants to foster a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Synthesize complex data into actionable board-level presentations and strategic roadmaps.
Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution.
- 5+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB or Big 4).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale organizational change or operational improvement projects.
- Expertise in financial modeling, data visualization, and advanced PowerPoint storytelling.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite leadership.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
