Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for multi-national clients.
- Design and execute data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Facilitate executive-level workshops and present complex findings to C-suite stakeholders.
- Mentor junior consultants to foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- Identify new business development opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
- Perform deep-dive quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify market trends.
- Oversee project workflows, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field from a top-tier institution.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting or internal strategy at a major firm.
- Demonstrated expertise in operational process improvement and change management.
- Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling, market research, and data visualization.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time to meet with client stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing complex client relationships.
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP or Six Sigma) is highly preferred.
