Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite executives across financial services and technology sectors
- Develop strategic roadmaps for digital transformation and operational optimization initiatives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive presentations
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining billable hour targets of 85%+
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform client recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable change management frameworks
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field with 8+ years of management consulting experience
- Proven track record of delivering $5M+ client engagements with measurable ROI
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Python, Tableau)
- Professional certifications (PMP, CFA, or Six Sigma) strongly preferred
- Exceptional executive presence and presentation skills
- Demonstrable experience in change management methodologies
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency considered
