Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting projects for multinational corporations in finance and tech sectors
- Design and implement operational efficiency strategies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Manage cross-functional project teams of 3-5 consultants with P&L responsibility
- Develop proprietary frameworks for market entry and growth strategy optimization
- Mentor junior consultants through structured development programs and performance coaching
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to firm-wide strategic planning
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree from top-tier institution (INSEAD, LBS, etc.)
- 7+ years of management consulting experience at Big 4 or MBB firms
- Expertise in digital transformation, M&A integration, or operational restructuring
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with £5M+ budgets
- Exceptional analytical skills with advanced proficiency in SQL and Power BI
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-level executives
- Professional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred
- Fluency in English and at least one European business language
