Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite executives across finance, healthcare, and technology sectors
- Develop data-driven strategic roadmaps and implement operational optimization frameworks
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive presentations to drive consensus
- Manage cross-functional teams of 5-8 consultants and specialists
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform client recommendations
- Mentor junior consultants through structured coaching programs
- Drive innovation in digital transformation and AI integration initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (MBB or equivalent)
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or relevant Master's) from an accredited institution
- Proven track record of leading $5M+ client engagements
- Expertise in strategy development, operational excellence, or digital transformation
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with quantitative/qualitative methods
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Proficiency in consulting frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, Lean Six Sigma)
- Ability to travel 40-50% internationally
