Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define technical requirements and drive product innovation.
- Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and scalability in high-traffic environments.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate model assumptions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's technical knowledge base.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and AI to integrate cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and SQL databases.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
