Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced deep learning models for production environments.
- Optimize neural network architectures for latency and throughput on distributed systems.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines and feature stores.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices in ML development.
- Monitor model performance and implement drift detection and retraining strategies.
- Present research findings and technical roadmaps to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in production-grade machine learning and MLOps.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing (e.g., Spark, Ray, or Kubernetes).
- Strong background in linear algebra, statistics, and algorithm optimization.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying models at scale in a high-traffic environment.
