Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures
- Lead end-to-end ML project lifecycles from data preprocessing to production deployment
- Mentor junior engineers and foster collaborative innovation in cross-functional teams
- Optimize algorithms for real-time inference and distributed computing environments
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to model efficacy
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ML roadmaps

Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent with 5+ years ML experience
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask)
- Proven track record of production-level ML systems serving >1M users
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker)
- Published research or open-source contributions in ML/AI
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
