Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and scale production-grade machine learning models for high-throughput environments.
- Optimize model training pipelines to reduce latency and improve inference efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into our core cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure peak performance and accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in MLops and automated CI/CD workflows.
- Analyze large-scale datasets to derive actionable insights and inform future product directions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable ML models in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, vector databases, and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
