Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.
- Analyze shipping data and market trends to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels across multiple regional warehouses.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce lead times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Strong working knowledge of import/export regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is a significant asset.
