In this role, you will lead the design and development of high-impact learning experiences that engage users and drive measurable outcomes. You will bridge the gap between subject matter expertise and user-centric design principles, ensuring our content is not only informative but truly immersive.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end instructional design process for complex, technical curriculum development.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to distill complex information into accessible, engaging content.
- Develop interactive e-learning modules and micro-learning assets using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
- Optimize learning paths and user journeys based on learner analytics, feedback loops, and A/B testing results.
- Ensure all digital learning assets adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and brand guidelines.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from concept to deployment within an Agile framework.
- Conduct audience analysis to tailor educational strategies for diverse learner demographics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design, learning development, or EdTech.
- Strong proficiency in SCORM/xAPI, LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Cornerstone), and HTML/CSS basics.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into learner-friendly language.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse learning modalities and a track record of improving learner engagement metrics.
