Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines to solve real-world business challenges.
- Lead the integration of LLMs and Generative AI frameworks into existing data products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate abstract business goals into rigorous statistical requirements.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify hidden growth opportunities.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Design and execute robust A/B testing frameworks and causal inference models.
- Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 6+ years of professional experience in data science, with a focus on machine learning and predictive modeling.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL.
- Hands-on experience deploying models within cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of scaling data products from prototype to production.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of statistical theory.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in NLP or Computer Vision is a significant plus.
