Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional journalism experience with proven investigative portfolio
- Exceptional writing skills with demonstrated ability to produce compelling long-form content
- Expertise in FOIA requests, public records research, and database journalism
- Proficiency in multimedia production (video editing, audio recording, graphic design)
- Strong understanding of media law, ethics, and journalistic standards
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team environments
- Portfolio showcasing impactful published work with measurable audience impact
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field
