Responsibilities

- Collaborate with multimedia teams to translate print investigations into engaging digital assets and video reports.
- Ensure all editorial content meets the highest standards of journalistic integrity and fact-checking.
- Travel as required to cover breaking developments on critical national issues.
- Mentor junior reporters and assist in editorial brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in investigative reporting at a recognized news organization.
- Proven track record of producing compelling, ethically sound, long-form journalism.
- Advanced proficiency in public records research, FOIA requests, and data analysis software.
- Exceptional narrative writing skills with the ability to simplify complex subject matter.
- Demonstrated expertise in editorial law, libel protection, and sourcing protocols.
