Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial property/casualty underwriting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field
- CPCU, ARM, or AU designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of ISO rating systems and policy forms
- Advanced proficiency in Guidewire or Duck Creek platforms
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven track record in portfolio profitability management
