Responsibilities
- Analyze complex commercial insurance applications to assess risk exposure and determine appropriate coverage terms
- Develop innovative underwriting strategies for high-value accounts across diverse industry sectors
- Lead negotiation processes with brokers and clients to structure optimal risk transfer solutions
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and internal risk management protocols
- Mentor junior underwriters and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial underwriting experience with Property & Casualty specialization
- Professional designation (CPCU, ARM, or AU) required
- Expert knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in underwriting software and data analysis tools
- Strong quantitative reasoning and risk assessment capabilities
