Responsibilities
- Underwrite complex commercial insurance policies with precision and risk assessment expertise
- Develop innovative coverage solutions for mid-market and large enterprise clients
- Analyze financial statements, loss history, and industry trends to determine risk exposure
- Collaborate with brokers, agents, and internal teams to optimize policy terms

Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial insurance underwriting experience required
- ACII, CPCU, or CIC designation strongly preferred
- Expertise in property/casualty insurance products and risk evaluation
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in underwriting software (e.g., Duck Creek)
- Strong negotiation abilities and client relationship management expertise
- Proven track record of meeting profitability targets and growth objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
