Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial property underwriting experience
- Strong proficiency in insurance rating systems and risk assessment tools
- Professional designation (CPCU, ARM, or AU) preferred
- Expertise in complex risk evaluation for commercial real estate and industrial properties
- Proven track record in negotiating policy terms with brokers and clients
