Responsibilities
- Underwrite complex commercial property/casualty risks exceeding $10M exposure
- Develop pricing strategies using advanced actuarial modeling tools
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships
- Lead cross-functional risk assessment committees
- Drive digital transformation in underwriting workflows
- Ensure compliance with ISO 31000 and NAIC regulations
- Present risk mitigation strategies to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of commercial underwriting experience
- ARM, CPCU, or AU designations required
- Expertise in catastrophe modeling (RMS, AIR)
- Proficiency in Guidewire, Duck Creek, or Sapiens platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Proven track record of portfolio profitability improvement
