Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial underwriting experience with P&C specialization
- Proven expertise in risk assessment modeling and predictive analytics
- Professional designation (CPCU, ARM, or CIC) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in insurance software (Guidewire, Duck Creek)
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of NY insurance regulations and market dynamics
