Responsibilities
- Analyze complex insurance applications to assess risk exposure and determine coverage eligibility
- Develop and implement underwriting strategies for commercial and specialty insurance products
- Collaborate with actuarial teams to refine risk modeling and pricing algorithms

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial underwriting experience with P&C specialization
- Professional designation (CPCU, ARM, or AU) required
- Expertise in risk assessment software (Guidewire, Duck Creek)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation proficiency
- Proven track record in negotiating complex policy terms
- Deep understanding of insurance regulations across multiple jurisdictions
