Responsibilities
- Analyze complex commercial property insurance applications, evaluating risk factors and recommending coverage terms
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with brokers, agents, and key industry stakeholders
- Develop innovative underwriting strategies using advanced data analytics and AI-driven tools
- Lead cross-functional teams to design tailored insurance solutions for high-value clients

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial property insurance underwriting experience with proven portfolio growth
- Expertise in risk assessment modeling and advanced underwriting software (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek)
- Professional designation such as CPCU, ARM, or AU with continued education commitment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial statements and risk metrics
- Exceptional communication abilities with track record of negotiating high-stakes agreements
- Experience with regulatory compliance (NYDFS, NAIC standards)
