Responsibilities

- Review and price policies for mid-to-large enterprise accounts
- Develop underwriting guidelines and maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Maintain and grow profitable book of business through strategic client relationships
- Leverage data analytics tools to identify emerging market trends
- Mentor junior underwriters and contribute to team development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial underwriting experience with property/casualty focus
- Professional designation (CPCU, ARM, or AU) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in underwriting software (e.g., Duck Creek, Guidewire)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Proven track record in profitable portfolio management
- Valid state insurance license or ability to obtain promptly
