Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive underwriting experience with P&C or specialty lines
- Professional designation (CPCU, ARM, or AU) required
- Expertise in risk modeling, financial analysis, and regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record in developing profitable underwriting strategies
- Advanced proficiency with underwriting software (Guidewire, Duck Creek)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
