Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; CPCU designation preferred
- 7+ years of commercial/residential underwriting experience in property/casualty insurance
- Expert knowledge of insurance regulations, actuarial principles, and risk management frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in underwriting software (e.g., Duck Creek, Guidewire)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial statements and loss histories
