Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial underwriting experience with property/casualty focus
- Professional designation (CPCU, ARM, or CIC) strongly preferred
- Expertise in risk assessment methodologies and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in insurance software (Guidewire, Duck Creek)
- Proven track record of managing $5M+ premium portfolios
