Responsibilities
- Analyze complex commercial property and casualty risks using advanced modeling tools and historical data
- Design and implement customized insurance policies aligning with client needs and regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with brokers and clients to negotiate terms and resolve coverage discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with ISO standards and state insurance regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial underwriting experience with property/casualty focus
- Professional designation (CPCU, ARM, or AU) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in risk assessment software (e.g., Duck Creek, Guidewire)
- Deep understanding of ISO rating methodologies and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills with attention to detail
- Proven track record of managing high-value portfolios ($10M+)
