Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 5+ years of property/casualty insurance underwriting experience
- Professional designation (CPCU, AU, or ARM) strongly preferred

- Proficiency in underwriting software (Guidewire, Duck Creek) and data analysis tools
