Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial underwriting experience with property/casualty specialization
- Professional designation (CPCU, ARM, or AU) required
- Expertise in predictive modeling and risk assessment software
- Demonstrated success in managing $10M+ premium portfolios
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication with ability to present complex concepts to stakeholders
