Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of commercial property underwriting experience with $50M+ portfolios
- Expertise in ISO rating systems and commercial property valuation methodologies
- Professional designation (CPCU, ARM, or AU) with continuing education compliance
- Advanced proficiency in insurance software (Guidewire, Duck Creek) and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of portfolio profitability improvement and retention rate optimization
