Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)

- Designation in CPCU, ARM, or equivalent professional certification
- Expertise in risk modeling software (e.g., RMS, Guidewire)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial statements
- Proven track record in profitable portfolio management
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship management abilities
- Experience with regulatory compliance (NY DFS, NAIC)
