Qualifications
- 8+ years of commercial property underwriting experience
- CCRP (Certified Commercial Property Underwriter) designation required
- Expertise in catastrophe modeling and predictive analytics
- Proven track record in portfolio management exceeding $30M
- Advanced proficiency in RMS and Duck Creek platforms
- Strong negotiation skills with corporate clients
- Master's degree in Risk Management or Finance preferred
