Responsibilities
- Underwrite complex commercial insurance policies with precision and risk-based judgment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and key stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of commercial underwriting experience with property/casualty focus
- Professional designation (CPCU, ARM, or similar) preferred
- Expertise in risk analysis, financial modeling, and policy structuring
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for broker interactions
- Proficiency in underwriting software (e.g., Duck Creek, Guidewire)
