Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of commercial insurance underwriting experience
- Professional certifications (CPCU, ARM, or CIC)
- Expertise in property/casualty or specialty lines
- Advanced data analysis and risk modeling proficiency
- Proven track record in portfolio profitability management
