Responsibilities
- Analyze complex commercial and personal insurance applications using advanced risk assessment methodologies
- Develop and negotiate customized insurance policies aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams including actuaries, brokers, and claims specialists
- Maintain and grow profitable portfolio of high-value accounts

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial underwriting experience with P&C specialization
- CPCU or ARM designation preferred
- Expertise in risk assessment models and insurance policy structures
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in underwriting software (e.g., Duck Creek, Guidewire)
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of portfolio profitability growth
