Qualifications

- 5+ years of property/casualty underwriting experience with proven portfolio management
- Professional designation (CPCU, ARM, or AU) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in insurance rating platforms (e.g., Duck Creek, Guidewire)
- Deep knowledge of Illinois insurance regulations and market trends
- Exceptional analytical skills and risk assessment capabilities
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
