- Analyze emerging market trends to quantify and mitigate emerging risks
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating AI/ML into traditional underwriting workflows
- Develop regulatory compliance frameworks for evolving insurance regulations
- Mentor junior analysts while establishing departmental best practices
- Present risk insights to C-suite executives and board committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or related field (MS/MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of insurance risk analysis with P&C specialization
- Expert proficiency in SAS, Python, and R for statistical modeling
- CAS or ASA designation required, with FRM designation preferred
- Demonstrated experience with catastrophe modeling software (AIR, RMS)
- Strong understanding of IFRS 17 and Solvency II frameworks
- Proven track record of presenting complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders
