Responsibilities
- Analyze complex insurance portfolios using advanced statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for property, casualty, and specialty lines
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to optimize pricing structures and policy terms
- Ensure regulatory compliance across state and federal insurance regulations
- Present risk insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Maintain and enhance proprietary risk assessment algorithms using Python and SAS
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance risk assessment
- Professional designation (CAS, CPCU, or ARM) required
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Demonstrated success in implementing predictive risk models
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and industry best practices
- Exceptional analytical thinking and communication skills
