Responsibilities
- Analyze complex insurance portfolios using advanced statistical modeling to quantify exposure and predict loss scenarios
- Design and implement risk mitigation strategies for property, casualty, and specialty lines
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to refine policy terms and premium structures
- Present risk assessments to C-level executives and regulatory bodies using compelling visualizations
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance catastrophe modeling and climate risk frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or related quantitative field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in P&C insurance risk analysis
- Advanced proficiency in R, Python, and SAS for predictive modeling
- FCAS or ASA designation preferred
- Deep understanding of Solvency II and NAIC regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record of developing innovative risk assessment methodologies
