Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries by analyzing issues and providing accurate solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or management level.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback into the CRM system accurately.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to help improve product and service offerings.
- Mentor junior agents and contribute to team training sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role.
- Fluent in English with a neutral accent and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in high-stress situations.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
