Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end growth strategies across paid social, search, programmatic, and organic channels.
- Optimize the user acquisition funnel, landing pages, and checkout flows to maximize conversion rates (CRO).
- Manage and scale a monthly multi-six-figure ad budget, ensuring highly efficient ROI and CAC targets.
- Utilize advanced marketing analytics to attribute conversions, measure customer LTV, and uncover deep insights.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of internal channel specialists and external agency partners.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design viral loops and accelerate product-led growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.
- Proven track record of scaling a B2B SaaS or high-growth DTC brand's ARR by at least 2x year-over-year.
- Expertise with modern marketing tech stacks, including GA4, HubSpot, Segment, and major self-serve ad platforms.
- Deep analytical mindset with advanced Excel/SQL skills and a passion for turning raw data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities, with a history of driving cross-functional alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
