Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across Search, Social, and Display to exceed aggressive acquisition targets.
- Lead rigorous A/B testing frameworks for ad copy, creative assets, and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates.
- Manage and scale six-figure monthly budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across the marketing mix based on real-time performance.
- Partner with the Data Science team to implement advanced attribution models and refine customer lifetime value (LTV) projections.
- Oversee the integration of marketing automation tools to nurture leads through personalized lifecycle marketing journeys.
- Provide detailed executive-level reporting on performance KPIs, market trends, and competitive landscape analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably within a high-growth B2B or D2C environment.
- Deep technical expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), GTM, and advanced data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Proven ability to translate complex data sets into actionable growth insights and compelling narratives.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving creative, engineering, and product teams.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they integrate with paid acquisition strategies.
