Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-impact visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, and print publications.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity system, ensuring consistency across logos, typography, and color palettes.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints and user journeys.
- Create engaging promotional materials, presentation decks, and event collateral that align with business goals.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders with a clear rationale and strategic value.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our creative output fresh.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Graphic or Visual Designer, preferably in a fast-paced tech or agency environment.
- A robust, online portfolio demonstrating a mastery of typography, layout, color theory, and motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of design principles, UI/UX standards, and responsive design best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to accept and implement constructive feedback professionally.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
