Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality visual designs for digital, print, and social media campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity system, including logos, typography, and color palettes.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to create assets that drive engagement and conversion.
- Conduct thorough research on design trends, user experience, and competitor activities to inform creative decisions.
- Prepare final files for print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and layout work.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design choices.
- A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
